How Selectivity Canbe Achieved Through Tv Ads?

Television is often described as a mass medium that offers little selectivity to advertisers. Do you agree with this statement? What are some of the ways selectivity can be achieved through TV advertising?

    hello nathalie, yes TV is a mass medium,but you can select to whom it is targeted,BY CHOOSING the audience that will be viewing ur ads. That is possible due to the fact that not all TV channels are viewed by everyone,some are targeted to kids,others to adults,others to women,and so on,.. ,so depending on the people ur targeting u can choose a spefic channel or a specific time on a channel,when ur targeted audience are probably in front of their tv's to pass on ur Ads.
