Vision & Mission Statements

hi this is zeeshan here. we are the manufacturer of plastic buckets used for cooking oil packing. i'm confused about the creation of vision and mission statements. please help me in the creation of statements. please also tell me the difference between vision and mission so i may be able to creat the statements at my own.

    Defining vision need to be done by your self, only you know where you want to see your company in the future and what's are your objectives. For mission you can ask for help. Mission must be your best way to build core values of your vision. Mission must include values that your customers expect from you as a their favorite distributor of oil packing. You need to belive in your vision and mission and to create Marketing Strategy which will be supported from your mission values.
    Maybe I will not help you a lot with this but I hope that you will understand my words and define your vision and mission.
