Know-How Exchange : Website Critique

Hello, I just signed up for a trial subscription to https://www.workzsites.com/ and designed a new website. I know I need some help with the copy, however,
I like the layout because it is simple, easy to navigate, and I can update it without too much trouble (I think).
Before I sign up for this service, I would like to know what you think about the site.

First of all, I would like to gain some online awareness of my service. I would like to know how to reach my target audience better. I don't know much about metatags. Can you give me some suggestions?

Second, I would like to present a professional image and gain credibility. Does it look like I would be able to do the job? What experience/training should I emphasize?

Third, I would like to know if I am reaching my target audience ( foreign nurses (and other foreign educated professionals), leaders/managers of health care organizations or possibly other training companies I might work with.) Is the newsletter enough for that? I have written some articles online for buzzle.com. Should I refer to those articles (cultural training in health care) that I wrote, and where would be the best place for the links?
