Questionnaire To Research Paying For A Service
I want to construct an on-line questionnaire to ascertain whether companies would consider paying for a service that they are currently using, in the future. I need to research their views regarding sponsorship, membership and the types of services which they would want to be offered. I need to provide lists of services which we currently offer and ask their opinions about a. whether they want them to continue and b. what they are prepared to pay for them. The questionnaire should be split into definite areas and should not only ask if they want a service but also how relevant it is to their organisation. Should we ask for the name of the company, name of the person filling in the questionnaire or should they remain anonymous.
