Naming A Bbq Catering Business

I am in search of a name for the BBQ catering business. We will offer the standard BBQ fare - briskets, pork etc. as well as comfort foods and sides associated with this type of cooking - but also will customize items based on clients wants and needs. We are an on site caterer with a 24 foot rig - fully loaded.. -I wanted the name to be a little tongue and cheek and catchy but so far I have only come up with the usual Smokin Bandits, Gettin Sticky etc....I really wanted something to grab attention and also make people think about our product -Our primary customer base is 20% corporate, 40% general public(parties) and 40% vending...We are Philadelphia based so it isn't a origins of BBQ kind of area but demand is relatively high....thanks

    How about something that includes reference to Philadelphia, as a kind of counterpoint to BBQ and to get people to notice how unusual you are. Examples:

    Bubba Franklin's BBQ
    Little Richard's BBQ
    The Schuylkill BBQ Express
    The City of Brotherly BBQ
    Home of the Liberty BBQ
    Broad Street BBQ Headquarters
    Main Line BBQ Express
    Etc.

    I think you need to be explicit about the fact that you're a BBQ caterer. The examples you gave don't really say what you do or specialize in.
