How Will I Get Small Software Projects In Kolkata

I am a Marketing Professional & working for a Small software development company who made various type customized software.Like Loan Management system,School Management system,Website development & maintenance,web-portal development,Banking report except CBS,Mobile applications,ERP related app.Please suggest me some strategy to target potential customers.

    This is obviously important to you, so you owe yourself a solid marketing plan. Who/where is your primary target audience? Why should they consider hiring you (instead of another custom software person/firm)? What unique and important benefit do you offer them?

    Once you have answered these questions you will be in a position to consider your marketing strategy and tactics. Don't put the cart before the horse.

    Who are your competitor's clients? How can you offer services that are dramatically better than they offer?
