Looking To Name A Contest

We're having a contest and it needs a name. The idea of the contest is centered around our Love our City initiative. They must download our City app to participate. 10 hearts with a special window cling will be placed throughout downtown on the night of the event, they have to find them and submit a photo through the app for a chance to win the grand prize which is a gift basket with a college aged theme. Looking for something with "love" in the name.

    What's the name of the City?
    What's the goal of the contest (why would someone choose to participate)?
    When specifically is the contest?
    Is this a multi-year planned contest or a one-off?

    Lynchburg, VA
    Goal is to increase total downloads to the app for our city
    Contest is September 7
    Just a one time event

    There are actually 6 colleges involved, but it's also a family friendly event.
