Growing Leaders

Development of a talent development program for first level managers focusing on learning, experiencing, adapting, developing, excelling, rewarding, and succeeding. Thoughts have been Growing LEADERS, Co Name - LEADS, Building LEADERS. Need something that is not too intimidating to first line managers and easy to brand and remember.

    As in a name? First time managers of what?

    Who is going to develop this program? What are their goals, and how will their success/progress be measured? How will the program be delivered? Is this what you're asking us? Or do you just want a name for an ill-defined program?

    Understand that we are primarily marketers. It would help to understand what you want/expect from us, and what YOUR need is. (Why are you posting a question?)
