Vision & Mission For The Dept. Training & Placemen

Sacred Heart College (Autonomous) is an affiliated, aided and First Grade College, of the Thiruvalluvar University,Vellore. The institute's reputation is nurtured over the past fifty-nine years by its vision to create an educated and socially responsible student community.
Now we intend to a full fledged training and placement division to cater to the needs of corporate and student community. we would be grateful if you could post vision and mission statement for our department.

    Your vision and mission statements are not something you outsource. They are YOURS, and you need to determine what they are.

    We can help you think through the issues and craft the semantics, but the essence is something only you can express. What IS your vision? What does success look like for you? How do you intend to reach that vision?

    Can you reuse your existing vision & mission statement, and simply change the target audience?

    "Vision" should come from somewhere inside the institution. Someone there should really *know* where you want to go with this initiative. That is part of the institution's strategic thinking. Mission will flow from that. Then you determine tactics that you will use to accomplish your mission. Your leadership support, funding, and logistical support strength will determine how far you can go with any of this.
    It would be very hard for an outsider to do this for you.
