Letter To Customer Move To The New Location

Can anyone send me a sample letter to send out to my clients to inform them of our new address change? Any Help would be great!!!

    A generic sample letter to inform of an address change? If that's the only purpose of the letter, how about this:

    Effective December 15, 2011, our new address will be:

    Company Name
    New Address
    City, State/Province Postal Code/Zip

    If you want to communicate more than that, there is no sample that will be suitable for your business and your customers. You'll have to create it yourself ... or hire someone to create it for you.

    Why not take the opportunity to invite them by -- if you have a business that requires people to come in.

    You don't say what kind of business you are in. . .depending, you could take the informal route:

    Hey. . .we've moved. Stop by and check out our new digs.

    Here you go:

    Dear XXXXX,
    We are expanding and will be moving to a bright new office on XXXX. Please come by for a small get-together to celebrate.
