You know how it's so tedious to synchronize different people's agendas and find a date for a group meeting that suits everyone?


The very hip Scott Monty introduced a group of us Boston bloggers to a nifty little Web 2.0 tool called Doodle that is ideal for finding suitable dates for appointments with others. What I love most about the tool, created by Michael Näf, is that no authentication or registration is necessary .... you can hop on and create a poll with suggested meeting dates and times, and then invite your group members to "vote" on the ones that work for them.
There are many Web 2.0 tools that are fun but not particularly life-enhancing. Not so Doodle -- Scott set up a poll for seven local authors of The Age of Conversation to meet for drinks, and voila! .... goodbye scheduling chaos.
For group meetups, as well as for virtual companies like MarketingProfs which has employees in several different US time zones, Doodle makes a lot of sense.
