What's the difference between a Friday Forum and a webinar?
Our Friday Forums are like three-hour mini-conferences in an online environment, each including three sessions with a running chat throughout the presentation, a resource library (like a pop-up bookstore, only everything's free), and spaces to meet with the event sponsor and team MarketingProfs. It's kind of like registering for three webinars in one... with extras. While MarketingProfs Friday Forums are each organized around a single aspect of marketing—for instance a topic, a framework element, or a business type—each session addresses that theme with a unique subject, voice, and perspective. Also, while each event is sponsored, MarketingProfs curates the content to ensure quality (with the exception of sponsor demos or presentations).
You say your Friday Forums are free, but are they really?
Put your wallet away... our Friday Forums really are free. That's right: go ahead and get giddy with excitement. So long as you're a MarketingProfs subscriber (yes: even a free subscriber), all of our Friday Forums are free—upcoming events and on-demand events within 90 days of the event date. But you do need to register to attend; our Friday Forums are made free in part by sponsor support, so we're obligated to provide them with registrant info in exchange for that (you're a marketer; you know how this works). Part of registering is acknowledging that you understand your data will be shared with them and that we've been transparent about this.

I can't attend the day of the event, but I'd still like to watch the sessions. Will it be recorded?
Of course! Work (and life) sometimes just gets in the way, but that doesn't have to be the case with a MarketingProfs Friday Forum because we make the recordings available on-demand for 90 days after the live event date. Register today so you don't forget, and we'll send you a reminder when the sessions are ready to (re)watch.
I'm ready to learn! But... how do I join in?
On the day of the live event or during the 90-day on-demand period, you can select the "Watch" button from the Friday Forum description page. Be sure that you're signed in with the email address you used when registering. Alternatively, you can jump in straight from your Learner Dashboard—look for it listed in the "My Events" list. Once you enter the Friday Forum environment, scroll down to "Sessions" to watch the presentations and download slides. You can check out articles, e-books, and videos by choosing "Resources."
