Nearly a quarter (24%) of Americans think startup culture is toxic, and 21% say they would never work for a startup.

That's according to a recent survey conducted by HostingAdvice.com of 901 full-time workers in the United States.

It looks at what workers think the less appealing parts of startup culture are, why people say they'd never work for a startup, and how people feel about startups' prospects for success in 2024.
