Only 11% of B2B firms are using generative artificial intelligence for more than two use cases.

That's according to a recent infographic (below) from Bain & Company, based on data from a survey of 1,064 B2B executives.

The infographic looks at how generative AI usage differs among B2B industries as well as between high-growth and lower-growth B2B firms.

It also provides advice on how B2B companies can get the most out of generative AI tools.
