Who shops online more: Democrats, Republicans, or undecided voters?

To compare and contrast the e-commerce habits of Blue states (those that historically vote Democrat), Red states (those that historically vote Republican), and swing states (those that swing from Blue to Red or Red to Blue from election to election), Monetate created an infographic. Among its highlights:

• Consumers in states traditionally carried by Democrats shop with leading online retailers more than conservative voters do.
• Republican voters spend more online (average order value of $92.22 compared with Democrats' $91.62 and undecided voters' $87.63).
• The average order value of a voter in Illinois (Barack Obama's state) is $89.06; in Massachusetts (Mitt Romney's state), the average order value is $88.10.
