Fully 64% of marketers say the content they create with the use of generative AI is as successful or more successful than content they create otherwise, according to recent research from CoSchedule.

The report was based on data from a survey conducted in December 2024 among 1,005 marketing professionals who work for firms across a wide range of different industries.

Some 38.4% of respondents say the content they create with the use of generative AI is as successful as the content they create without the use of generative AI, and 25.6% say it is more successful.

Marketers say the top benefits of adopting AI have been increased efficiency, scaling content output, and reducing costs.

Marketers say the top barriers to adopting AI have been data privacy concerns, a lack of technical expertise, and the cost of implementation.
