Organizers and attendees alike expect 2025 to be a big year for in-person B2B events, according to recent research from Bizzabo.

The report was based on data from a survey conducted in November 2024 among 1,500 B2B event organizers and attendees.

Some 53% of B2B event organizers say they expect their event budget to increase this year, and 66% say they plan to schedule more events this year.

Fully 82% of B2B event organizers say they would rate their in-person events as very or somewhat effective in achieving their business objectives.

Some 54% of B2B event attendees say they plan to attend more in-person events in 2025 than they did in 2024.

Half of attendees say in-person events offer the best opportunity to learn about new products or services.
