Marketers say content creation and enhancement has been the AI-driven tactic that's been most effective for their organization, according to recent research from Ascend2.
The report was based on data from a survey of 312 marketing decision-makers (49% B2C-focused, 23% B2B-focused, and 28% both B2C/B2B-focused).
Respondents say the AI-driven marketing tactics that have been most effective for their organizations to date have been content creation and enhancement (37% cite that as one of the most effective tactics), email marketing optimization (36%), and social media management and ad targeting (35%).
The most commonly used AI-powered solutions for marketing are content creation tools (31% of respondents say their organization is using them), marketing automation platforms (29%), chatbots/conversational AI platforms (29%), and ad targeting and optimization tools (28%).
Respondents say their biggest worries about using AI in marketing are the loss of creativity and human touch (54% cite that as a primary concern), overreliance on AI (42%), and ethical issues with data use (40%).
