Which days and times for posting TikToks are most correlated with more views and likes? Do peak or off-peak hours tend to be better for posting?

To find out, researchers at Adobe Express analyzed the performance of 21,000 TikToks from 160 creators globally.

The researchers found that TikToks posted on Sunday have the highest number of views, on average. TikToks posted between 5 AM and 5:50 AM, 8 AM and 8:50 AM, and 7 PM and 7:50 PM UTC (Coordinated Universal Time zone) have the highest number of views, on average.

The researchers found that TikToks posted on Sunday also have the highest number of likes, on average. TikToks posted between 5 AM and 5:50 AM UTC have the highest number of likes, on average.

The researchers found that TikToks posted in peak hours have more likes, views, and saves, on average. TikToks posted in off-peak hours have more shares and comments, on average.
