AI computing giant NVIDIA underwent the biggest jump in brand value over the past year among major US brands, according to recent research from Brand Finance.

The annual ranking of the 500 most valuable brands in the United States was based on an in-depth analysis of the present value of earnings specifically related to brand reputation.

NVIDIA's brand value increase 163% between last year's analysis and this year's. Financial services firm Charles Schwab recorded the second biggest jump in brand value (136%).

The 10 most valuable brands in the US are Apple, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Walmart, Facebook, Verizon, Instagram, Starbucks, and Tesla.

The tech industry accounts for 24% of the total brand value of the top 500 US brands, the researchers found.
