Two key indicators of online video usage are up 24.8% year over year, according to Nielsen's September US Online Video Usage report: total video streams and viewer time per online video. 

Unique viewers and streams per viewer also rose. (Nielsen defines a unique viewer as anyone who viewed a full episode, part of an episode, or a program clip during the month. A stream is a program segment.)
