Frequently Asked Questions
What is The Modern Marketer's Guide to Google Analytics?
The Modern Marketer's Guide to Google Analytics is an interactive Working Webinar Series for B2B marketers. Over four weekly sessions presented live from March 20 – April 10, 2024, you'll learn Google Analytics 4 fundamentals, reporting, and next-level insights. Can't make it to one or more live session? Recordings, workbooks, and other materials will be available on-demand, usually posted within a day of each live presentation.
What is PRO?
MarketingProfs PRO brings you education, inspiration, and community all year round. From interactive series like The Modern Marketer's Guide to Google Analytics to special online events like AI for Digital Marketers, this premium subscription brings you TONS of great content on the topics that matter to B2B marketers. Plus, you get access to limited-availability Ask an Expert one-on-one sessions, an exclusive community on Slack, and more. We're always adding new, PRO-exclusive benefits to help you solve those pain points that keep you up at night.
How much does it cost to attend?
If you're already PRO, The Modern Marketer's Guide to Google Analytics is free. (If your PRO subscription expires before the event, you'll need to renew before you can attend.)
I'm not PRO. How do I attend?
If you're not yet PRO, there are two easy ways to register.
First, you can buy a standalone pass that covers only The Modern Marketer's Guide to Google Analytics. Standalone tickets are $229 for individuals or $129/person for a group of three or more.
Alternatively (and we think the better option), you can upgrade to PRO and get this Working Webinar Series included for free (as well as AI for Digital Marketers and other new, PRO-exclusive content each month). The annual PRO subscription price is $279 for individuals or $179/person for a PRO Team of three or more.
Can I bring my whole department?
Sure thing! If you have a group of three or more who are not yet PRO, you can sign up for a PRO Team account for $179/person first, and everyone on your team can register for the event for free. Or, buy a standalone group event pass for $129/person.
Can I share my registration with my work bestie?
Sorry, each attendee must register separately, and it's against our T&Cs to share your access with others. We'll only permit registered PRO members and standalone ticket holders into the live Modern Marketer's Guide to Google Analytics sessions and access to recorded presentations. But if your bestie is also PRO, they're in luck—they can register for free, too!
My PRO subscription expired. Can I still attend?
If your PRO subscription expires before or during the four-week event, we'll automatically cancel your registration. You'll need to renew to access the live and recorded event content. You can see your current renewal price and manage your subscription under My Account. Contact customer support by email at support@marketingprofs.com if you need help.
I'm busy on one of the live session dates. Am I able to watch the sessions I miss afterward?
Yes! All sessions recordings and interactive content—like workbooks and templates—will be available to registrants on-demand, usually a day after the individual live session.
Which online platforms do you use? Are there A/V requirements?
We'll use Zoom for all of The Modern Marketer's Guide to Google Analytics sessions, which you can access using the Zoom desktop or mobile app or directly in a web browser. Unless otherwise noted, all sessions are hosted in meeting format, so you can interact with your instructor and peers by mic, camera, and chat.
Will I get a copy of the slides?
Yes, you can download the slides and the workbook starting the day of each live presentation.
I need to cancel. Can I get a refund?
Please review our Terms & Conditions for our cancellation policy. You can also contact MarketingProfs support by email at support@marketingprofs.com.
Safe online spaces are important to me. Do you have an attendee conduct policy?
We want to create a welcoming experience for all PRO members who attend any MarketingProfs event—onsite and online. We expect all attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, and contractors to abide by our Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates the Code from the event.
