New National Product Launch

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
I'm looking for help to launch a new product into the electrical market (circuit breaker). Only 1 competitor who has basically 100% of the market now. With the right strategy we feel we can capture 25-50% of the market within 6 months. We have a superior product (UL Listed), better customer support/knowledge and pricing. Also, our design has been improved and will directly replace the millions of existing breakers directly without modification. We also already have many of the industry contacts as we've been involved in elec. industry for over 20 years. Could use good advise where to begin with the right company to help a national launch. Product is ready in next 90 days. Help! craig@pacificcoastbreaker.com

Thanks for the response. Budget is not really an issue providing we can have an efficient and effective plan. PCB is exactly what you describe as a master dist, etc. However, PCB is not the company involved in this process. I also own a completely separate small manufacturing company PCS Electrical Products that does nothing but manufacturer new replacement electrical products (think Summit Racing or Checker Auto Parts) specializing in "replacement" products. All of our products are, in fact, UL Listed, yes. The only competitor in the market would be Connecticut Electric (UBI). Our product is not recycled, it is a completely redesigned, patented/trademarket improved version. In addition we have also designed/produced GFCI and AFCI's to meet new 2008 arc fault NEC standards.
