Frequently Asked Questions

What is Content Marketer's Crash Course?

Content Marketer's Crash Course (CMCC) is a PRO-exclusive online event digging into the down-and-dirty how-tos for new, effective ways to ideate, create, repurpose, and distribute B2B content without breaking your back (or bank). Over 10 weekly sessions presented live from February 12 – April 16, 2025, you'll learn from experts you know and trust. Can't make it to one or more live sessions? We've got you covered: we're recording every live session so you'll be able to stream the whole thing on demand. Recordings are usually posted within a day of each live presentation.

How much does it cost to attend?

If you're already PRO, Content Marketer's Crash Course is free. (If your PRO subscription expires before the event, you'll need to renew before you can attend.)

If you're an individual and not yet PRO, you pay either $229 for a single event ticket, or $279 for a year of PRO, which includes Content Marketer's Crash Course and so much more.

What is PRO?

MarketingProfs PRO brings you education, inspiration, and community all year round. From special online events like Content Marketer's Crash Course and AI for Digital Marketers to deep-dive Master Classes and interactive Working Webinar mini-workshops, this premium subscription brings you TONS of great content on the topics that matter to B2B marketers. Plus, you get access to limited-availability Ask an Expert one-on-one sessions, an exclusive community on Slack, small-group networking with subject matter experts, and more. We're always adding new, PRO-exclusive benefits to help you solve those pain points that keep you up at night.

I'm not PRO. How do I attend?

If you're not yet PRO, there are two easy ways to register. First, you can buy a standalone Content Marketer's Crash Course pass that covers only this event's sessions. Alternatively (and we think the better option), you can upgrade to PRO and get CMCC included for free (as well as AI for Digital Marketers, AI for Content Creators, and other new, PRO-exclusive content each month).

Can I bring my whole department?

Sure thing! If you have a group of three or more who are not yet PRO, you can sign up for a PRO Team account for $179/person first, and everyone on your team can register for the event for free.

Can I share my registration with my work bestie?

Sorry, each attendee must register separately, and it's against our T&Cs to share your access with others. We'll only permit registered PRO members or separate ticket holders into the live CMCC sessions and access to recorded presentations. But if your bestie is also PRO, they're in luck—they can register for a free pass, too!

My PRO subscription expired. Can I still attend?

If your PRO subscription expires before or during the ten-week event, we'll automatically cancel your registration. You'll need to renew to access the live and recorded event content or purchase an event ticket separately. You can see your current renewal price and manage your subscription under My Account. Contact customer support by email at support@marketingprofs.comif you need help.

I'm busy on one of the live session dates. Am I able to watch the sessions I miss afterward?

Yes! Registrants can stream all event recordings, usually a day after the individual presentation happens live.

Which online platforms do you use? Are there A/V requirements?

We'll use Airmeet for all of our Content Marketer's Crash Course sessions, which you can access directly using the Chrome web browser. Unless otherwise noted, we'll host all presentations in webinar format with typed chat and Q&A (meaning no mics, cameras, or hard pants are required to attend!).

Will I get a copy of the session slides?

Yes, you can download the slides starting the day of the live presentation. We'll post them to the individual session page.

Does this event have sponsors? Will you share my contact information?

Content Marketer's Crash Course is underwritten by the sponsors listed in the footer below. By registering for CMCC, you agree that we may share your registration information with them. They will not use your personally identifiable information without your permission other than to send you information about their products and services.

If this series has sponsors, does that mean the sessions are just promos?

Rest easy, friend: all our Content Marketer's Crash Course sessions are educational, not promotional. In fact, while our underwriters may provide clearly marked supplemental materials found on the on-demand recording page or within a virtual booth in Airmeet, there are no sponsor presentations in the live program lineup! They also have no say in the CMCC speakers or session content—that's entirely planned and programmed by our Training Products team.

I need to cancel. Can I get a refund?

Please review our Terms & Conditions for our seven-day refund policy if you intend to purchase Content Marketer's Crash Course as a standalone event. You can also contact MarketingProfs support by email a support@marketingprofs.com.

Safe online spaces are important to me. Do you have an attendee conduct policy?

We want to create a welcoming experience for all PRO members who attend any MarketingProfs event—onsite and online. We expect all attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, and contractors to abide by our Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates the Code from the event.
