How Crm Can Be Implemented?

I am a management student and doing summer training in OCL India Ltd. and in this company i have been assigned a project on implementing CRM in this company. In this company not much effort is being done for attracting new customers. This company already has a list of customers which purchase raw material from OCl only.

I am geting problem how to find out current strategies for the marketing in this comany when as such no any strategy is being used, and how to use to implement CRM.

    There are som many different ways and it depends on the company, the budget, the administration, etc.
