Relationship Marketing And Crm

Are they the same? CRM is taken to be a business strategy in some texts while others state it as an information management tool. which of it is true?

    At the top of this page there is a Search box. Enter the keyword "CRM" and you will get a list of useful articles that have been published in the MarketingProfs newsletter. In particular, look at items 5 and 6 in the results list.

    You should also try the Search Questions link on the right side of this page to see if other students have asked this question before.
